SHIPPING

1. How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are dispatched on the next business day after confirmation.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Western Province: 3–5 business days

  • All other provinces: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may be affected by Poya days or mercantile holidays.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship across Sri Lanka and internationally.

4. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, Maldives, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, UAE, UK & USA.

5. Can I pick up my order from the store?

Store Pick-Up has been temporarily discontinued since September 2025.

6. Can I use PickMe Flash or other delivery services for pick-up orders?

No. We strictly do not facilitate pick-up orders via PickMe Flash or any third-party delivery services.

7. What are the shipping charges?

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 10,000

  • Rs. 350 on all other islandwide orders

GIFT VOUCHERS

 

Can I use a physical gift voucher online?

No. Store-purchased physical vouchers are redeemable in-store only.

How do I redeem an e-voucher?

Simply enter the voucher code sent via email at checkout.

What is the validity period of gift vouchers?

All gift vouchers (in-store and online) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Are gift vouchers refundable?

No. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Can gift vouchers be used on discounted items?

Yes, gift vouchers can be used on discounted items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not accept cancellations for paid orders.

Please contact our team and we will review the matter within 48 hours and work towards a resolution.

PRODUCTS

1. What size should I buy?

Our sizes run true to size from UK 6–10.
Sizes UK 12–18 are custom-graded to better suit the Asian body type.

2. The item I want is sold out. What can I do?

We recommend joining our mailing list or WhatsApp groups to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.
You may also DM us on Instagram.

3. Will you restock a sold-out item?

We can’t always guarantee restocks, but customer favourites strongly influence future collections.

Use the “Email me when available” option on the product page or subscribe to our mailing list for updates.
(No spam. Only the good stuff.)

4. Can I buy a gift card?

Yes! You can purchase ABSOLUTE gift cards online in multiple values.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months, can be used partially or fully, and the code will be emailed to you or your recipient after purchase.
