1. How long will it take to dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched on the next business day after confirmation.

2. How long will delivery take?

• Western Province: 3–5 business days

• All other provinces: 5–7 business days

Please note: deliveries may be delayed on weekdays due to Poya days or mercantile holidays. 

3. Where do you ship?

We ship across Sri Lanka and internationally to over 15 countries.

4. Can I pick up my order from a store?

At the moment, Store Pick-Up is temporarily paused while we streamline the process to serve you better.

All orders are currently available via delivery only.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to reintroducing Store Pick-Up soon- with a smoother, more efficient experience.

Please note: We do not facilitate order pick-ups via PickMe Flash or similar third-party services.

5. What are the shipping charges?

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 7,500

• Rs. 350 for orders below Rs. 7,500 (islandwide)
